These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User") and the platform 30wi (hereinafter "Platform"). By clicking "Sign Up", "I Accept the Terms", or any equivalent confirmation button during registration, or by simply using any 30wi service after being notified of these terms, you expressly confirm that you have read this document in full and agree to all conditions set out herein.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you should refrain from creating an account or continuing to use the platform. 30wi reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. When this occurs, users will be notified by email or via a prominent notice at login. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
To create an account at 30wi, the User must meet all of the following requirements:
Registration on 30wi is strictly personal and non-transferable. Creating accounts on behalf of others, using someone else's CPF, or providing false information during registration is prohibited. 30wi may request supporting documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above a certain amount or in situations that raise fraud concerns.
30wi does not accept registrations from residents of jurisdictions where online betting is explicitly prohibited. It is the User's responsibility to verify the applicable local legislation.
Each User may hold only an active account on 30wi, linked to your CPF. Creating multiple accounts — regardless of the stated reason — is prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being blocked and all accumulated balances and bonuses being cancelled. If you believe another account has been created using your CPF without your authorization, contact support immediately.
You are solely responsible for keeping your login and password secure. 30wi strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available in your account settings. Never share your credentials with anyone. The platform is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the User's failure to safeguard their credentials.
It is the User's responsibility to keep their account information up to date — especially their email address and mobile number, which are used for important account communications, including withdrawal notifications, security alerts, and Terms updates.
A 30wi accepts the following payment methods, all in BRL:
All deposits must be made from an account or card in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned. The minimum deposit amount is R$ 30,00 across all methods.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively via Pix to the bank account registered in the User's name and linked to the CPF on file. The standard processing time is under 3 minutes for the vast majority of withdrawals. In cases requiring additional identity verification, the timeframe may extend by up to 24 business hours.
30wi monitors all transactions in real time through automated anti-fraud systems. Suspicious transactions may be held for manual review. If money laundering or platform misuse is suspected, 30wi may freeze the account balance, request additional documentation, and, if necessary, report the matter to the relevant authorities in accordance with Brazilian law.
A 30wi offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a welcome bonus, weekly VIP Program cashback, free spins, and special promotions tied to holidays or sporting events. Each promotion has its own specific terms published on the offer page, which should be read alongside these general conditions.
Deposit bonuses are subject to a rollover requirement (also known as a "wagering requirement"), which specifies how many times the bonus amount — or the bonus plus the deposit, as stated in each offer — must be wagered before any bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn. The rollover requirement for each promotion is clearly stated on the offer page before you activate it.
Unused bonuses or bonuses with incomplete rollover expire according to the deadline stated in each offer. After expiration, the bonus balance and any winnings accumulated from it are automatically cancelled. The real balance deposited by the User is not affected by bonus expiration.
30wi monitors bonus usage and may cancel offers upon identifying betting patterns that constitute bonus abuse — such as betting on both sides of the same event, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or any strategy that artificially reduces risk with the intent of meeting rollover requirements without genuinely placing bets.
All bets on 30wi are accepted subject to market availability and applicable betting limits. 30wi reserves the right to limit, refuse, or cancel bets in cases of obvious odds errors, suspicion of inside information, or when the platform's maximum limits have been reached for a given event or market.
Bets are settled based on the official result announced by the relevant governing body of the competition. For Brazilian football, the official source is the CBF (Confederação Brasileira de Futebol) for Brasileirão, Copa do Brasil, and the national team, and Conmebol for Libertadores and Sul-Americana. Live statistics results (goals, cards, corners) are settled based on data provided by 30wi's partner sports data providers.
If an event is canceled before it begins, pre-game bets are fully refunded. Live bets on interrupted events follow the policy described in the live betting section: if the event is not completed within 24 hours, bets are canceled and stakes returned. For matches where the result was already determined before the interruption, settlement may be made based on available data, in accordance with the specific rules for each sport.
Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by sport, tournament, and market. The general minimum bet is R$ 2.00. Maximum limits are displayed directly in the betting interface before confirmation. VIP Program members have higher limits based on their level.
The casino games available on 30wi — including slots such as Fortune Tiger and Gates of Olympus, Live Casino with Portuguese-speaking dealers, crash games like Aviator, and table games — use random number generators (RNG) certified by internationally recognized independent auditors. Jackpot prizes — whether progressive, fixed, or the Daily Mega Jackpot — are credited as real balance with no rollover requirement. Users may withdraw the full amount via Pix immediately after the prize is confirmed, subject only to standard identity verification for amounts above R$ 100,000.00.
If a proven technical failure compromises the integrity of a game round, 30wi may void that round and return the wagered amount to the User's balance. Winnings from rounds affected by confirmed technical failures will not be credited. 30wi is not liable for losses caused by connectivity issues on the User's end.
The VIP Program at 30wi has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — with progressive benefits including automatic weekly cashback, higher betting limits, exclusive bonuses, and, at the top tiers, a dedicated account manager. Access to each tier is determined by betting volume over specific evaluation periods.
VIP cashback is credited as real balance every Sunday, with no rollover. The cashback percentage varies according to the User's current level, as shown in the table published on the VIP Program. 30wi reserves the right to adjust the VIP Program criteria and benefits with 15 days' prior notice to active participants.

You may request account closure at any time through Portuguese-language support. Any available balance must be withdrawn via Pix before the account is closed. Accounts with open bets cannot be closed until all pending events are settled. After closure, registration data is retained for the legally required period.
30wi may close or suspend an account without prior notice in cases of violation of these Terms, particularly the behaviors listed in section 10. Upon closure due to a violation, pending balances may be withheld. Upon closure for other reasons (such as discontinuation of operations in a given region), the available balance is returned in full via Pix.
A 30wi provides the platform "as is", without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability. 30wi is not liable for financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the User, service outages caused by external factors (such as internet provider failures or banking system instability), or force majeure events.
30wi's maximum liability in any dispute is limited to the real balance available in the User's account at the time of the event that gave rise to the dispute. Unrealized potential winnings are not subject to compensation.
A 30wi may update these Terms at any time to reflect regulatory changes, new features, or operational adjustments. Whenever a material change is made, we will notify active users by email at least 15 days in advance before the new version takes effect. Minor changes — such as text corrections or clarifications with no change in substance — may take effect immediately with notice posted on the site.
If you do not agree with the new terms, you may close your account before the changes take effect, with no penalty. Continuing to use the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by Brazilian law, including the Brazilian Civil Code, the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018), and other regulations applicable to the entertainment and betting market in Brazil.
Disputes arising from these Terms will preferably be resolved amicably through 30wi's support channels 30wi. If an amicable resolution is not possible, the courts of the User's Brazilian domicile shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms, in accordance with Article 101 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
